The Easee One is one of the UK's most popular smart home EV chargers — and it's easy to see why. Weighing just 0.7kg and measuring 148 x 82 x 82mm, it's the most compact 7.4kW charger on the market, yet it packs in full WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, load balancing, solar compatibility, and OCPP 1.6 support.
The Easee One delivers a maximum of 7.4kW on a single-phase 32A supply — enough to add around 25–30 miles of range per hour to most EVs. An overnight charge from near-empty will fully replenish the vast majority of electric vehicles on sale in the UK today.
This unit is supplied by ChargeSmart UK, a NICEIC-registered national installer. Supply-only or supply-and-install options available. The Easee One is eligible for the UK Government's £350 EV Chargepoint Grant — reducing your net cost to just £349 when your installer applies on your behalf.
The Easee One must be installed by a NICEIC or NAPIT registered electrician. ChargeSmart UK provides nationwide installation through their network of accredited engineers. Typical installation takes 2–4 hours.
The UK Government's OZEV grant provides £350 off the cost of installing a home EV charger. To be eligible: you must own or have ordered an eligible EV, and the property must have off-street parking. Your installer (NICEIC or NAPIT registered) applies for the grant on your behalf — you do not need to apply directly. Full eligibility criteria at GOV.UK →
